I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, but with fibromyalgia, asthma - and now menopause - it’s getting harder and harder to maintain a healthy weight/lifestyle. I really appreciated that Dr. Lala validated my concerns and worked with me to come up w/a personalized health plan for my specific concerns and needs - while never patronizing or dismissive.  Weight loss/management (especially for menopausal women) isn’t just for those who need to lose 20, 40 or more pounds… it can be addressed before it gets to that point.
