Once cleared by your obstetrician to integrate exercise and nutritional adaptation, you can join our practice to assist you in your weight loss journey.
A comprehensive analysis will be completed, which includes:
- A health and nutrition analysis
- Body composition
- Estimate of basal metabolic rate
- Baseline lab evaluation
This program will focus on optimizing your nutrition, integrating a lifestyle that will work within your new demands as a mother while integrating in-person and telemedicine visits. Depending on the client’s nutritional needs, we will develop a system to safely lose weight while juggling all of the responsibilities of motherhood. Clients will be fully supported and motivated as they integrate efficient and safe methods of weight reduction.
