Dr. Lala will coordinate with your insurance through the prior authorization process to help you access medication support in the most cost-effective way possible.
Charges and Fees for Physician Services at Kinetix Medical Weight Loss Clinic
All of your visits will be conducted with Dr. Lala, as well as an opportunity to communicate with her via email, text, and phone. In order to prioritize our patient interactions, there is a fee of $375 per 12 month period. This helps us continue to maintain our customized and personalized approach to your health optimization.
If insurance is being utilized, your copay and any balances will be collected at the time of your visit.
We proudly accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna PPO. We are out of network for other insurers, however can provide the patient a superbill for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service, and patients are responsible for uncovered expenses.
For insurance submission*, patients will receive:
- Itemized bill
- Diagnosis codes
- Receipt for charges
* Typically, physician services can be partially reimbursed by insurance, however, all charges are due for payment at the time of service. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
